HOW IT WORKS

Diagnose. Plan.
Execute. Track.

The fixes are known but rarely run. Few brands have the people or tools to do it. We become the Sold-to-Open Office that runs them.

01

Diagnose

weeks 1 to 4

We measure your backlog in months, talk to every stuck franchisee, and give each unit a root cause and a go, fix or exit call.

02

Plan

at award

Every unit goes into LeaseBloc on day one, with a dated plan, an owner for each step and a deadline for each stage. Financing is checked before the lease, not after.

03

Execute

sale to open

Sites, LOIs and leases through vetted local brokers on Resolut's Franchise National Platform, then permits, construction and pre-opening with a vetted vendor bench.

04

Track

every week

You see every unit, every stage, every week in LeaseBloc, with a monthly board-ready scoreboard.

No black box.

Corporate, the franchisee and every partner work from the same board. When a lender, broker or expediter updates their step, everyone sees it.

What we run for you.

These are the practices leading franchise brands use to turn sold into open.

  • A named owner for every unit
  • A dated plan from day one
  • Stage deadlines
  • SNO reviewed like the sales pipeline
  • Financing checked before the lease
  • Brokers held to your dates

Real estate help, typically at no cost to you or your franchisees.

We run the real estate through Resolut RE's Franchise National Platform. In most deals the landlord pays the brokerage commission at lease signing, so there is no cost to you or your franchisees. If a landlord will not pay, we tell the franchisee before anything is signed. Every commission is disclosed in writing to you and your franchisee. Brokers you already work with can join the platform under our national platform terms.
