Cesar Villarreal is Vice President at Resolut RE in Austin, Texas, and an active real estate license holder with Resolut RE. He specializes in national multi-unit tenant representation. He helps franchisors and operators expand with discipline, using analytics to pick the right markets and the right sites.
He is the founder of LeaseBloc, a deal-tracking platform built for franchise expansion. He is also the author of Win Your Lease, a book that teaches small business owners to negotiate their lease like a corporate tenant.
